SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Last Updated: August 7, 2026
KIGORA provides shipping to countries and regions currently supported by KIGORA and its logistics partners.
Orders may be fulfilled through international shipping carriers or logistics partners selected by KIGORA based on the destination, product type, service availability, and shipping conditions at the time of order.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out the applicable shipping coverage, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, package inspection procedures, and other matters relating to orders placed through the KIGORA Global website.
1. Shipping Coverage
KIGORA ships to countries and regions supported by KIGORA and its shipping partners at the time an order is placed.
Shipping availability may vary depending on:
- The destination country or region.
- Local import regulations.
- The service coverage of the shipping carrier.
- The type of products included in the order.
- Customs, transportation, or legal restrictions applicable to the destination.
If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, KIGORA may contact the customer to discuss an alternative delivery arrangement, address change, order cancellation, or another appropriate solution.
Availability of international shipping does not mean that all KIGORA products can be shipped to every country or region.
2. Shipping Carriers
KIGORA works with suitable international shipping carriers and logistics partners to fulfill customer orders.
The carrier used for a particular order may vary depending on:
- The destination country or region.
- Carrier availability at the time of shipment.
- The type, weight, and dimensions of the shipment.
- Applicable transportation requirements.
- The selected or available shipping method.
KIGORA reserves the right to select or change the shipping carrier where reasonably necessary to fulfill an order.
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number, tracking link, or other shipment information after the order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may be calculated based on factors including:
- The destination country and delivery address.
- The weight and dimensions of the package.
- The selected shipping method.
- The shipping carrier.
- Shipping promotions or support programs applicable at the time of purchase.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is completed.
From time to time, KIGORA may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, shipping vouchers, or other promotional benefits. The applicable terms and conditions will be stated as part of each promotion.
4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Other Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise stated by KIGORA at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges may be collected by local customs authorities, the shipping carrier, or another authorized party.
KIGORA does not determine or control the amount of customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import requirements and charges in their destination country before placing an order.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated from the time the order has been confirmed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- The destination country or region.
- The shipping route and shipping method.
- The time the order is placed.
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Public holidays in the origin or destination country.
- Weather conditions.
- Carrier operations.
- Other circumstances beyond KIGORA’s reasonable control.
Any delivery timeframe provided by KIGORA is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Customs inspections, local import procedures, carrier delays, or other external circumstances may extend the delivery period.
If KIGORA becomes aware of an unusual delay affecting an order, KIGORA will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant shipping carrier and assist the customer.
6. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
The ability to open or inspect a shipment before accepting delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the regulations or practices applicable in the destination country.
Upon receiving the shipment, customers are advised to inspect the external condition of the package, including:
- Whether the recipient information is correct.
- Whether the outer packaging is intact.
- Whether there are signs of tearing, crushing, water damage, punctures, or other visible damage.
- Whether the package appears to have been opened or tampered with.
If the package appears to be seriously damaged or tampered with, customers should, where possible:
- Take photos or videos of the package at the time of delivery.
- Inform the delivery representative.
- Contact KIGORA Customer Support as soon as possible.
Customers should avoid discarding the shipping box, shipping label, packaging, or other relevant materials until the order has been fully checked.
7. Unboxing Video
To help protect customers’ interests and provide supporting evidence in the event of a delivery issue, KIGORA strongly recommends recording a video of the entire unboxing process.
The video should preferably:
- Begin while the package is still fully sealed and unopened.
- Clearly show the shipping label or tracking information.
- Show the external condition of the package.
- Record the entire opening process continuously.
- Avoid cuts or interruptions.
- Clearly show all products, quantities, and their condition after opening.
An unboxing video may help KIGORA investigate situations involving:
- Missing products.
- Incorrect products.
- Incorrect quantities.
- Products damaged, broken, or leaked during shipping.
- Missing or incorrect promotional gifts.
Customers should retain the shipping box, shipping label, product packaging, and other relevant materials until the order has been fully inspected.
If an unboxing video is not available, KIGORA will still review the customer’s request based on available photographs, order records, shipping information, and other relevant evidence. However, verification may take longer or may be limited where sufficient supporting evidence is unavailable.
8. Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If a customer receives:
- A missing product.
- An incorrect product.
- An incorrect quantity.
- A damaged, broken, or leaking product.
- A missing or incorrect promotional gift applicable to the order.
The customer should contact KIGORA Customer Support and provide, where available:
- Order number.
- Customer name and contact information.
- Unboxing video.
- Photographs of the product and packaging.
- A photograph of the shipping label or tracking information.
- A clear description of the issue.
KIGORA will review the order information and, where necessary, coordinate with the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
Any replacement, additional shipment, return, or refund will be handled in accordance with KIGORA’s Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Unsuccessful Delivery
A shipment may be considered unsuccessful in circumstances including:
- The recipient cannot be contacted.
- The recipient refuses to accept the shipment.
- The delivery address is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The carrier is unable to access the delivery address.
- The customer fails to complete any required customs, tax, or import procedures.
- The shipment cannot be cleared for import into the destination country.
- Delivery is unsuccessful after the number of attempts permitted by the carrier.
- Other circumstances arising under the carrier’s operating procedures or applicable local regulations.
Redelivery or return-to-sender procedures will depend on the applicable carrier’s policies.
If an order is returned to KIGORA, KIGORA may contact the customer to discuss the available options.
Any additional shipping, redelivery, return, customs, or other costs arising from an unsuccessful delivery may be charged to the customer where applicable. KIGORA will inform the customer of any applicable charges before arranging a new shipment.
10. Changes to Delivery Information
Customers who need to change the recipient name, phone number, or delivery address should contact KIGORA as soon as possible and preferably before the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched, any request to change delivery information will be subject to the shipping carrier’s policies and operational capabilities.
KIGORA cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been dispatched.
Additional charges may apply where a carrier permits an address or delivery change after dispatch.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information.
- Ensuring, where required, that the products ordered may legally be imported into the destination country or region.
- Remaining reasonably available for delivery-related communications.
- Responding to requests from the shipping carrier or customs authorities where necessary.
- Paying applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Inspecting the external condition of the package upon delivery.
- Retaining the products, packaging, shipping labels, and relevant documents while a claim or support request is being reviewed.
Customers should not use a product that appears incorrect, damaged, opened, or otherwise abnormal if they intend to request a return, replacement, or refund.
12. Delays Beyond KIGORA’s Control
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including:
- Customs clearance or inspections.
- Adverse weather or natural disasters.
- Public health events.
- Peak shopping periods or public holidays.
- Transportation or logistics disruptions.
- Carrier system failures.
- Import or transportation restrictions.
