PAYMENT POLICY

Last Updated: August 14, 2026

KIGO GROUP (KIGORA) supports the following two payment methods for orders placed on Kigora.com:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Bank transfer via the QR code provided by Kigora.com.

1. Payment Principles

Before the Customer confirms an Order, Kigora.com will display or provide all relevant information regarding the transaction value, including:

  • Product Price.
  • Promotional price, if applicable.
  • Applicable Vouchers, Discount Codes, or promotional benefits.
  • Shipping Fees.
  • Other additional charges, if any.
  • The total amount payable by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing all Order information before confirming the Order.

KIGORA currently does not charge Customers any platform or service fee for purchases made on Kigora.com.

If any service fee is introduced in the future, KIGORA will clearly disclose the type of fee, amount, applicable Customers, and applicable conditions before the Customer confirms a transaction subject to such fee.

2. Pricing and Promotional Programs

Product Prices are publicly listed on Kigora.com at the time the Customer places an Order.

When a promotional program applies, KIGORA will fully disclose or provide a summary of the key information to the Customer before Order confirmation, including:

  • Type of promotional offer.
  • Discount amount or promotional benefit.
  • Applicable Products.
  • Promotion period.
  • Conditions for using Vouchers or Discount Codes.
  • Minimum Order value, if applicable.
  • Promotional quantity or usage limits, if applicable.
  • Whether the promotion may be combined with other promotional programs.
  • Other conditions that directly affect the Customer’s benefits.

The final amount payable by the Customer will be displayed before the Customer completes the Order.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

The Customer may select Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method when placing an Order.

The process is as follows:

  1. The Customer selects Products and places an Order on Kigora.com.
  2. The Customer selects Cash on Delivery as the payment method.
  3. KIGORA receives and confirms the Order.
  4. The Order is packaged and handed over to the Delivery Provider.
  5. The Customer pays the amount due to the delivery personnel upon receipt of the Order.

The amount payable by the Customer is the amount confirmed in the Order after applicable promotional programs, Vouchers, Discount Codes, or other valid promotional benefits have been applied, plus Shipping Fees or other applicable charges, if any.

In certain cases, KIGORA may contact the Customer to confirm the Order before arranging delivery.

Kigora.com applies a No Joint Inspection policy. Customers are requested to comply with the Shipping and Order Inspection Policy published on the Website.

4. Bank Transfer via QR Code

The Customer may make an advance payment by bank transfer using the QR code provided by Kigora.com for each Order.

After the Customer selects bank transfer as the payment method, the system will display the payment QR code corresponding to the Order.

The QR code contains the information necessary to identify and reconcile the transaction, including information associated with the Order number.

The Customer only needs to:

  1. Open a banking application that supports QR code scanning.
  2. Scan the QR code displayed by Kigora.com.
  3. Check the beneficiary information and payment amount.
  4. Confirm the transaction through the banking application.

The Customer does not need to manually enter a transfer description or Order number.

The information integrated into the QR code enables KIGORA to reconcile the payment transaction with the corresponding Order and supports synchronization of the payment status on the Kigora.com system.

Before confirming the bank transfer, the Customer should verify:

  • The name of the beneficiary or beneficiary account holder.
  • The amount payable.
  • The transaction information displayed in the banking application.

The Customer should not independently modify any information integrated into the QR code unless instructed by KIGORA, as such modification may affect the transaction reconciliation process.

KIGORA is not responsible for any funds transferred by the Customer to an account that has not been provided or officially confirmed by KIGORA through its official channels.

5. Recording and Confirmation of Bank Transfer Payments

After the Customer completes payment using the QR code, KIGORA will reconcile the transaction against the corresponding Order information in the system.

Once the transaction is successfully recorded, the payment status of the Order will be updated on the Kigora.com system.

Under normal operating conditions, the Customer does not need to send a payment screenshot or contact KIGORA for manual confirmation.

If the Customer has successfully completed the payment but the Order status has not been updated after a reasonable period, the Customer should contact KIGORA and provide:

  • Order number.
  • Full name or phone number used to place the Order.
  • Payment date and time.
  • Amount paid.
  • Screenshot or transaction receipt issued by the bank.

KIGORA will verify and reconcile the transaction and update the Order status once successful payment has been confirmed.

The time required to record a transaction may be affected by the bank’s processing time, system connectivity, or technical issues beyond KIGORA’s reasonable control.

6. Vouchers, Discount Codes, and Reward Points

Kigora.com may offer:

  • Vouchers.
  • Discount Codes.
  • Kigo Club Reward Points.
  • Free Shipping Vouchers.
  • Gifts.
  • Other promotional programs.

These benefits are used to reduce the Order value or provide benefits subject to the conditions of each applicable program and do not constitute an independent payment method.

After applicable promotional benefits have been applied, the remaining Order value may be paid by:

  • Cash on Delivery; or
  • Bank transfer via QR code.

6.1. Eligibility for Earning and Using Reward Points

The Reward Points program applies to all Customers who have registered a member account on Kigora.com.

The Customer must log in to the correct member account when making a transaction so that the system can record, manage, and apply Reward Points associated with that account.

6.2. Earning Reward Points

When making purchases on Kigora.com, members earn Reward Points at a standard rate equivalent to 2% of the total Order value.

From time to time, KIGORA may offer bonus-point programs or higher Reward Point rates for certain Products. The applicable Reward Point rate, Products, promotional period, and conditions will be announced on Kigora.com.

Reward Points are credited to the member account based on the Order information and the Reward Point program applicable at the time of the transaction.

6.3. Using Reward Points

Reward Points accumulated in a member account may be used in one of the following ways:

  1. Using Reward Points to reduce the value of a subsequent Order

The Customer may use the available Reward Points in their account to deduct an amount from the total amount payable for a subsequent Order on Kigora.com.

  1. Using Reward Points to redeem Products

The Customer may accumulate the required number of Reward Points and use them to redeem Products designated by KIGORA as eligible for point redemption.

The list of Products available for redemption and the corresponding number of Reward Points required will be published on the Promotions & Offers page on Kigora.com and may be changed from time to time.

6.4. Scope and Limitations of Reward Point Use

  • Reward Points are associated with the Customer’s member account on Kigora.com.
  • KIGORA does not impose a limit on the redemption value or the number of Reward Points a Customer may use, unless a specific program provides otherwise and such conditions are disclosed before the program applies.
  • The use of Reward Points to redeem Products is subject to the list of Products currently designated as eligible for point redemption and published on Kigora.com.
  • Reward Points may not be withdrawn or directly converted into cash.
  • Reward Points are not deposits, financial assets, or an independent payment method.

6.5. Treatment of Reward Points When an Order Is Cancelled

If the Customer has used Reward Points to reduce the value of an Order or to redeem a Product, and the Order is subsequently validly cancelled, the Reward Points used for that Order will be returned to the Customer’s member account.

Reward Points earned from a cancelled Order will not be treated as valid Reward Points accumulated by the Customer.

If there is a discrepancy in Reward Point balances due to a technical error, Order cancellation, or the process of updating the Order status, KIGORA will review the transaction data and make the corresponding adjustment to the Customer’s member account.

6.6. Vouchers, Discount Codes, and Other Promotional Benefits

The conditions, validity period, scope of use, applicable Products, and limitations of each Voucher, Discount Code, or promotional program will be published on Kigora.com from time to time.

Unless otherwise provided in the applicable promotional terms, Vouchers, Discount Codes, Reward Points, and other promotional benefits may not be converted into or withdrawn as cash.

7. Underpayment, Overpayment, or Payment Discrepancies

7.1. Underpayment

If the actual payment is lower than the amount payable for the Order, KIGORA will contact the Customer to verify the transaction and provide instructions for payment of the outstanding amount before continuing to process the Order.

7.2. Overpayment

If the Customer pays more than the amount payable, KIGORA will verify the transaction and coordinate with the Customer to process or refund the excess amount.

7.3. Payment Not Automatically Recorded

In certain cases, the Customer may have completed a bank transfer but the system may not be able to automatically reconcile the transaction or update the payment status.

The Customer should contact KIGORA and provide the Order number and transaction receipt so that KIGORA can conduct a manual review and resolve the issue.

7.4. Customer Makes a Bank Transfer Outside the QR Code

To enable accurate and timely reconciliation, Customers should make payments directly using the QR code provided by Kigora.com for the relevant Order.

If the Customer makes a bank transfer through another method or independently changes the transaction information integrated into the QR code, the verification process may take additional time.

7.5. Transfer to the Wrong Account

If the Customer independently transfers funds to an account that does not belong to KIGORA or is not the payment information provided by Kigora.com, the Customer should contact their bank or the receiving account holder directly for assistance.

KIGORA can only verify and process funds actually transferred to KIGORA’s official payment account.

8. Cancellation of Paid Orders

If an Order has been paid by bank transfer but is subsequently cancelled due to:

  • The Product being Out of Stock.
  • KIGORA being unable to continue fulfilling the Order.
  • The Customer being eligible to cancel the Order under the applicable published policy.
  • An error in the Product Price or Product information where the parties do not agree to continue the transaction.
  • Other circumstances eligible for a Refund.

KIGORA will refund the applicable amount in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy.

If the Customer has used Reward Points for a cancelled Order, the Reward Points used will be returned to the Customer’s member account in accordance with Section 6 of this Policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds will generally be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between KIGORA and the Customer.

The Customer must provide accurate:

  • Account holder name.
  • Account number.
  • Bank name.

The Refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the Customer after applicable Vouchers, Discount Codes, Reward Points, or other relevant promotional benefits have been applied.

Vouchers, Discount Codes, and promotional benefits may not be converted into cash unless otherwise provided in the applicable promotional terms.

Refund processing will be carried out in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy published on Kigora.com.

The time when the refunded funds are actually credited to the Customer’s account may depend on the processing time of the relevant bank.

10. Payment Security

KIGORA will not request Customers to provide:

  • Bank account passwords.
  • One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
  • PINs.
  • Internet Banking login credentials.

Customers should not provide such information to any individual claiming to be a KIGORA employee or Affiliate.

KIGORA Affiliates/CTV are not sellers and are not authorized to request Customers to transfer money to personal bank accounts to pay for Orders on Kigora.com.

All bank transfer payments should be made directly using the QR code provided by Kigora.com or in accordance with official instructions from KIGORA.

11. KIGORA’s Responsibilities

KIGORA is responsible for:

  • Disclosing the payment methods currently available.
