KIGO GROUP (KIGORA) is committed to providing clear and transparent pricing information so that Customers can easily review and select products and determine the total amount payable before completing an order on Kigora.com.

1. Product Prices

Product prices are displayed directly on Kigora.com and are stated in United States Dollar (USD).

Product prices displayed on Kigora.com are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) as required by applicable law.

The price displayed on a product page is the current selling price after any direct discount applicable to the relevant product, if any.

In addition to any price reduction or promotional offer displayed directly on the product page, Customers may be eligible for vouchers, discount codes, or other promotional benefits, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each promotion.

Eligible additional discounts or promotional benefits will be automatically calculated and deducted at the Cart or Checkout stage after the Customer applies a valid promotional offer.

Accordingly, the final amount payable by the Customer may be lower than the price displayed on the product page. The applicable total amount payable will be clearly displayed before the Customer confirms the order.

2. Promotional Prices and Offers

Depending on the applicable period, KIGORA may offer various promotional programs, including:

• Direct discounts on products;
• Vouchers;
• Discount codes;
• Reward points;
• Gifts;
• Free or discounted shipping;
• Other promotional offers.

The eligibility requirements, scope, validity period, and applicable discount or benefit for each promotion shall be determined in accordance with the specific terms and conditions announced by KIGORA on Kigora.com.

Before confirming an order, Customers may review the Cart/Checkout section to verify all discounts and promotional benefits applied to the order and determine the final amount payable.

Promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other promotional benefits are subject to their respective terms and conditions and may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Shipping Fees

Product prices do not include shipping fees, unless the order qualifies for a free-shipping promotion.

Shipping fees are determined based on the Customer’s delivery area and delivery address.

Once the Customer provides or selects a delivery address, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at Checkout before the Customer confirms the order.

This enables Customers to review the applicable delivery costs in advance and make an informed decision before completing the transaction.

4. Other Additional Charges

In addition to the product price and shipping fees, if an order is subject to any other mandatory charges, KIGORA will clearly display or notify the Customer of such charges before the order is confirmed.

KIGORA will not arbitrarily add any mandatory charges after the Customer has completed an order, except where such charges have been agreed upon with the Customer or are otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Price Changes and Pricing Errors

Product prices may be adjusted from time to time at KIGORA’s discretion based on its business policies, promotional programs, market conditions, or other relevant factors.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by KIGORA before the price change takes effect, except in the event of an obvious pricing error resulting from a technical error, system error, or display error.

If a pricing error is identified in respect of an order that has already been placed, KIGORA will promptly contact and notify the Customer of the error. KIGORA will obtain the Customer’s agreement before proceeding with the affected order at the corrected price. If the Customer does not agree to the corrected price, the affected order may be cancelled in accordance with applicable law and KIGORA’s order cancellation and refund procedures.

6. Total Amount Payable

Before the Customer confirms an order, Kigora.com will clearly display all amounts applicable to the order, including:

• The product price after any direct discount, if applicable;
• Any vouchers, discount codes, reward points, or other promotional benefits applied, if applicable;
• Shipping fees;
• Any other applicable charges;
• The final total amount payable by the Customer.

Customers are advised to carefully review all information displayed in the Cart/Checkout section before confirming their order.

The total amount displayed at Checkout represents the amount payable by the Customer for the order, subject to any subsequent adjustment required due to a pricing error, payment processing issue, fraud prevention measure, or other circumstances permitted under the applicable Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
